🚨 We're Hiring: RIBO Licensed Personal Lines CSR (Remote – Ontario)
Are you a passionate and experienced insurance professional looking for a supportive team and a career you love? We're seeking a RIBO-licensed Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing brokerage.
This is a remote role for candidates based in Ontario.
🔍 What We're Looking For:
You are a team player, self-motivated, and genuinely love what you do. You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-first environment and can manage your workload independently in a remote setting.
Requirements:
- Valid RIBO license (mandatory)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a brokerage setting (Personal Lines)
- Preference for candidates pursuing professional designations (e.g., CAIB, CIP)
- Experience with SigXP and insurer portals is an asset
- Must be comfortable working remotely and staying focused with minimal supervision
📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent client service by advising on insurance needs and coverage
- Respond to inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Retain clients through proactive account management and remarketing when needed
- Ensure policies meet underwriting guidelines and service standards
- Handle new business quotes and cross-sell other lines of business
- Assist with claims and policy documentation
- Work with insurer portals, issue binders, and complete applications
- Manage renewals, payments, suspenses, and maintain accurate electronic files
- Stay current with underwriting rules, technology updates, and industry education

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Commitment to continuing education (RIBO hours)
